1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 By accessing the website or registering on the SlotPilot platform (“Platform”), you confirm your legal capacity and full agreement with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1.2 You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding the legality of participating in online gambling.

2. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

2.1 SlotPilot reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms without prior notice. Significant changes may be communicated via email. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the latest version of the Terms.

3. WHO MAY PLAY

3.1 Access to the Platform is permitted only to individuals located in countries where online gambling is legal.

3.2 The minimum age is 18 or the legal age as defined by your country’s laws.

3.3 SlotPilot reserves the right to request documents to verify age and identity.

3.4 The following jurisdictions are prohibited:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, DR Congo, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, USA, Ukraine, Turkey.

4. PLAYER ACCOUNT

4.1 Only one account per person, household, IP address, and device is allowed.

4.2 Account sharing, including with minors, is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated winnings voided.

4.4 The Platform may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

*The limits specified in the table refer to the minimum transaction amount accepted on the respective blockchain. However, the actual minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the limits set by the payment provider.

6. TAXES AND FEES

6.1 You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, or legal obligations related to your winnings.

7. GAME RULES

7.1 By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the rules of the games and the theoretical return to player (RTP) percentages.

8. SPORTS BETTING RESULTS

8.1 Bet outcomes are based solely on the official result at the end of the event. Subsequent changes (e.g. disqualifications or sanctions) are not considered.

8.2 If a technical error occurs at event closure, the calculation will be adjusted, and incorrectly credited sums debited. Affected bets will be voided.

8.3 If a match is postponed, it must take place within 72 hours; otherwise, the bet is refunded.

8.4 Bets are considered valid if a minimum duration is played, even if the match is interrupted and not completed within 24 hours:

Football: 70 minutes

NBA: 40 minutes

European basketball: 35 minutes

NHL: 54 minutes

European hockey: 50 minutes

American football: 50 minutes

Baseball: 5 innings

Bandy: 60 minutes (Exceptions: tennis, table tennis, badminton, beach volleyball – bets are refunded.)

8.5 Bets such as “First to score” are settled based on the result at the time of interruption.

8.6 If participants tie but only one is declared winner, shared win bets are refunded.

8.7 Tournament bets include all rounds including playoffs (e.g., NHL bets are settled based on the Stanley Cup winner).

8.8 Bets covering multiple rounds remain valid until completion of all listed stages.

8.9 In walkovers, if the match doesn’t occur within 72 hours, the bet is void.

8.10 Relocation to a neutral venue does not affect the bet. Moving to the opponent’s home venue voids the bet.

8.11 Time intervals are defined as:

• “within 30 minutes” = 00:00–29:59

• “from 10 to 20 minutes” = 10:00–19:59

  8.12 All medals awarded to a team count as one (1), regardless of number of players.

  8.13 Betting complaints must be submitted within 5 days of the event.

9. BET PLACEMENT AND SETTLEMENT

9.1 Bet types: single, combo (accumulator), and system.

9.2 Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where the “Cashout” feature is available.

9.3 Obvious technical/systemic errors may result in bet cancellation or recalculation.

9.4 SlotPilot may void bets due to:

• Obvious odds errors
• Incorrect event/team names
• Bets placed after the event start

10. DISPUTES & UNFINISHED EVENTS

10.1 Bets placed after an event starts (excluding Live bets) are void.

10.2 In disputes over event start time, the player must provide official proof.

10.3 In absence of official sources, SlotPilot will use its own data.

10.4 Single bet refunds are settled at odds of 1.0; for combos/systems, the affected leg is replaced with odds of 1.0.

10.5 Relocation to a neutral venue doesn’t affect the bet. Relocation to opponent’s field = bet void.

10.6 If an event result is later annulled, the outcome at match end prevails.

10.7 If an event isn’t resumed within 30 hours and no date is known, the bet is refunded (unless outcome already determined).

10.8 If the match resumes in time, settlement is based on final result.

10.9 Technical issues may result in cancellation or recalculation at SlotPilot’s discretion.

11. SPORTS SPECIFICS

11.1 Football: regular time (90 mins) only, except MLS (includes overtime).

11.2 A second yellow card = 1 yellow + 1 red.

11.3 In futsal, handball, hockey, water polo – only regular time is considered.

11.4 Substitutions during halftime are treated as first-half changes unless otherwise stated.

11.5 For sports with no draw (e.g. basketball), it will be indicated whether overtime is included.

11.6 Player stats (e.g. steals, blocks) are based on official sources only.

11.7 Tennis:

• Player withdrawal before start = bet refunded (except team events)
• Withdrawal mid-match = settled for completed parts; rest void
• Changes in venue/surface don’t void bets

12. BETTING SYMBOLS

• W1 – First team wins
• X – Draw
• W2 – Second team wins
• 12 – Either team wins
• $ – Cashout
• HCP – Handicap

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 Gambling involves financial risk. You assume full responsibility.

13.2 SlotPilot is not liable for technical issues, connection loss, or software errors.

13.3 Erroneous credits or winnings must be returned.

13.4 Suspicious winnings linked to bugs or exploits may be voided.

13.5 Platform uptime and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

14. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION (KYC)

14.1 SlotPilot may suspend withdrawals pending KYC completion.

14.2 Verification may be done via video; documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script.

14.3 Failure to complete KYC within 14 days may result in account closure.

15. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

15.1 Prohibited: multi-accounting, chargebacks, collusion, fraud, money laundering.

15.2 SlotPilot may close accounts, void winnings, and notify regulators.

15.3 Players must report bugs and not exploit vulnerabilities.

15.4 Deposits must be wagered: x3 on slots.

15.5 SlotPilot is not a financial institution and does not pay interest or exchange currency.

16. DEPOSITS

16.1 Minimum deposit amount is determined by the cryptocurrency used (see Section 5). Use of third-party wallets is strictly forbidden.

16.2 Only personal payment instruments are allowed.

16.3 Breach of this rule may result in funds being confiscated.

17. WITHDRAWALS

17.1 Minimum withdrawal amount depends on the cryptocurrency (see Section 5). Maximum limits depend on the method and may be paid in installments.

17.2 Maximum withdrawal varies per method.

17.3 Withdrawals must be made using previously used payment methods.

17.4 Deposits must be wagered: x3 on slots.

17.5 KYC is mandatory and may take up to 21 days.

17.6 No active free spins or bets allowed during withdrawal.

17.7 Withdrawals up to €1000 are processed within 24 hours on business days.

18. BONUSES

18.1 Bonuses are not directly withdrawable. Wagering conditions must be met. Activated bonuses can only be wagered in slots. While a bonus balance is active, access to table games, poker, and live casino is not available.

19. REFUNDS

19.1 Must be requested within 24 hours of the transaction.

19.2 Required documents: passport and proof of address.

19.3 Refunds are issued only after deducting any bonuses or winnings.

19.4 All fees are borne by the player.

20. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

20.1 If there is no account activity for 12 consecutive months, SlotPilot may delete the account without notice. Remaining balance will be voided.

21. STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

21.1 Any claim must be submitted within 6 months of its occurrence.

22. COMPLAINTS

22.1 Complaints are accepted only from the account holder.

22.2 Server logs and records prevail in case of dispute.

22.3 Complaints must be submitted within 5 days of the relevant event.

23. NON-TRANSFERABILITY

23.1 You may not assign or transfer rights or claims related to the Platform to third parties.

23.2 This clause is based on Article 83(2) of Book 3 of the Civil Code.

23.3 Prohibited: assignment, gifting, brokering, pledging, fiduciary transfers, etc.

24. ARBITRATION

24.1 All disputes shall be resolved solely through arbitration in accordance with the civil procedure laws of Cyprus. Class actions and jury trials are excluded.
